So do the dogs go with the house?

Wonder if they caught it yet but more so how do you think the people seeking a new home feel when they see that!

Or were you in a heat of moment when you peaked out the window!

Somebody posted it on the credit repair forum I hang out at when I'm not on here.

Credit repair? LOL!!

I took a test regarding credit and I have done so much in that area that I scored 100%. (Sort of an advocate)

Do you fix credit or are you there to get your credit fixed?

Just curious...

FIX credit, a rip off, only way to do that is control spending and pay your credit cards off.

Then whatever you charge each month pay in full.

Do all of you check your own credit with the big three every year? If not I would strongly recommend you do so and don't be shocked at the mess you find.

I found 8, yes EIGHT spellings of my name and some were not me as they listed addresses I never heard of.

Then go check the one that truly counts, FICO score, if you score in the high 700s or higher you have extremely good credit, if your in the 600 your average and below that well I won't go there.

The most important you can do......

With credit, pay your bills ontime and pay a little extra. This will help your interest as well as help you pay off early.

We are doing this with our home. Our mortgage payment is $731.00 per month but we pay $1000.00. This has allowed me to cut time in half. We do the same with any personal credit cards. The business is a little different. We pay in full at the end of each month.

Once you get bad credit, it is hard to get rid of. I know this by experience 25 years ago......

mixbreed for sure altho they do look happy,I guess it was meant to show the new owners its a enjoyable place to live with a f...ing great view.

Alittle credit is better than none at all,I found that out after going several several years without any credit.I didn't own nobody nothing and paid for the things I bought,I've had it all taken away from me twice...,wife(s).Anyway the last time it was taken I needed a little credit to but a few things, even tho I had done business with some of them in the past years ago they wouldn't awhile me credit b/c I didn't have any credit and owned nobody nothing.Even with a good credit report I couldn't get any credit b/c I didn't have any credit,LIKe I told them it didn't make sence to me.They had rather loan to someone headover heel in debt as to someone that doesn't own anybody.SO I wouldn't worry to much about bad credit b/c you have credit and can still get credit at some place and point.I had to have someone sign for me to get my credit started again.I now carry two credit cards and buy a few things now and then and try to keep one small payment as to keep my credit up to date just in case I need it again.Living the single life is alot cheaper on me and like the dog in the picture I'm as happy as can be :).
