Using a "Work Order" as a Proposal?

The work order will work as a proposal with very minor tweaks, and knowing where to put (which data field) to put info in. You put the particular job info in the 'Notes' section of the "generalTab" when entering the job, that way the info will show on a 'Work Order" ( or in my case proposal).

How can I print that one 'Work Order', and not have to print all the work orders for that day?

This can be accomplished in much the same manner as your completed invoice question. Simply go into the options tab of the work order print options. Select the one individual customer you seek and the correct status of the job ( I assume you are entering them in as pending?)
