Vinyl and Brick?

Hello PW's Im new to washing vinyl siding and brick.Homes in general actually.My question is,i have
a new motel im possibly going to get and it is about half brick and half vinyl.So what should i use?Need something safe for brick,windows,vinyl,concrete and wood i guess,cause whatever i use will get on all of it.So does anyone have any advice on what to use?Thanks!!

Looks to be just dirt from road,sits next to a busy highway.Dont believe there is any mold or mildew.Parking lot has just your regular oil spots here and there.

Unless it is concrete, I would leave the parking lot alone. The best way to cure nasty asphalt is by calling a sealcoating company........
