What Cleans Asphalt

Hey PW"S
I have a job to do at a bank,they want there lanes done and they are concrete so no problem.But they also want there parking lot done and its all asphalt. Is there something that will clean asphalt up alittle??Oh hey also,is there something i can use to get those black marks of the curbs?Will concrete cleaner work?Will just a degreaser work on the asphalt?Thinks!

We use degreaser just on the oil spots.
and yes to useing concrete cleaner on the curbs, but rinse real good or it could cause white streaking on asphalt, also remember hold your wand up so you dont leave sweeping paths on asphalt, hope this helps.
