I a m comming across decks that have whiute streaks on them from the last person to work on them...what are these streaks how do you get rid of them?
also....i am doing a deck this week that is really dirty there might be a previous stain but I can really tell...what is the most delicate way to clean the decks prior to sealing. I am thinking aboyt using a stripping solutuon vs. a wash and then using very little pressure...will stripping solution and the black tip get it done or do i still need to use the white one?
