4,430 sq' of shake shingles ( wood) ..................... What kind of price would you charge? What would you use to re-seal it?

Im afraid that when he see's the bottom line he will probably really look around .
So I went to his house HUGE roof lines everywhere . And I told him I will get back to him as soon as I can . 4,430 is what I came up with ( give or take) .. he had it done about 3 years ago and mold came back and it is very black ,looks like whatever sealer they put on didnt do the job. it's just a 4/12 and single story .
