    run off? No I am not required to collect my wash water, YET! I do have a local EPA guy that I have spoke with and he indicated that I do not have to reclaim my wash water on the car lots. Now if I do a bank drive-thru with chemicals I am supposed to reclaim because of the cleaners and the oil.
