I dont know who else likes fishing like i do, but i think there is nothing better than a good day of fishing after a hard week. I am in a bass fishing tournament that has a tournament once a month. catch anything or not, its always fun out there.

You are going to fit in just fine here bro. I like Salmon fishing and have been known to go up in the mountains and fish for trout and etc. Fishing is fun and relaxing...even when they are not biting!

I second that fishing is So Relaxing and fun its been a few years for me since my last trip. I prefer Ocean fishing more that fresh water.

cool thanks bud. i will definitely check out that forum. I love to go cat fishing, the strike thoes fish give is wild. Its like they are trying to take the pole and all! One day i will get to the ocean and do some "big" fishing there. But for now, fresh water is what i do.

The former world record blue catfish was caught not far from you 120 lbs. in Lake Texoma. Unfortunately the Mississippi River gave up a bigger one a few years later at 128 lbs.

Carlos, you might want to look into Sturgeon too. Not big fighters like salmon but they are GOOD eating and they can get 6' or better. When I was fishing in WA we had to throw them back if they were under 3' or over 6'.
