Most of the findings from the study deal with interior stuff.

I know when I go to restaurants I immediately look at the sidewalks, entrance ways, gum and etc...BUT...I am a washer.....old habit I guess.

I still feel curb appeal is vital in getting people out of their cars and into a business.

There is a Chevy's restaurant locally that I will not set foot in...food is probably good/great BUT the condition of the outside is disgusting!!!

Like I said, "market data"... not product data. You can be very general with market data and it incorporates more people into your net of marketing. If you get a chance, Los, pick up the book "The Ultimate Sales Machine" by Chet Holmes. Awesome book and will change the way you sell.
