New to this bb

Welcome.

I agree with Jim Cooney. This site is going to be great.

Contractors helping each other without the drama or the fear of stepping on the "Dirty Dozen" ego's.

Again,

Welcome !

Not sure what you mean by your response,

I am just glad that there is no Drama here. That the rules apply to everyone equally.

So if you like drama, then this is not the board for that. If you want help, to take in or to give information on how to make a business a better one, how to make good money into GREAT money, then welcome to this board.

Enough Said.....

Now lets all make some money !!! [whatup]

Jim, Hotshot turned me onto the GP in July, "07". Been a loyal member ever since. Seems like every board I ever visit or find, Ant is all ready there.

"dirty dozen" Every one that frequents boards at all knows the people that cause issues. I just never heard or saw them referred to as the dirty dozen. I thought it was hilarious. Hey, I'm a greaser that wastes his time on boards trying to pick up tidbits of info.

And for the most part, Ant is awesome in what he preaches as far as marketing.

Not too much here. Had a great T-giving. Had a meeting scheduled with a property manager for this afternoon but she just called to cancel so I have parked my tail on the computer working on SEO.

How was your holiday?

Well...

Let just say I set the "tone" of Thanksgiving Dinner when I interrupted the prayer and went off on my nephew who was acting like a total jerk when we were all praying to God....I mean I tore into him.

Small crowd of family members when compared to other years...just seems every year the number of people that attend the annual dinner just gets smaller and smaller. Course I was the only male there so it was me and the remote pretty much all night!

God is good though!!!

Again, Welcome.

Ya I have been visiting most of the BBS for even longer than that. This board I have seen since 2002 ish, but like you never joined. Never talked , PM or even emailed anyone except Robert H. back in those days. He was the one who told me about the boards. I just was not interested to join at that time. I first talked with Robert back in the 1990's.

In January 1989, I made a name for myself back then as the guy who burned up a Briggs after 45 hours of use in 2 days after I took custody of the unit on Friday, work Saturday & Sunday and brought it back the following Monday. Briggs explained that their unit could not handle the long hours of work that we did in Garage Cleaning. Delco, which back then was based out of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, offered me a upgraded Delco D6300 Kubota Diesel unit at no charge. As of last year, we still had the unit in working condition. This year, 2010, we parted it out to improve other units. The boiler was upgraded to over 700,000 BTU's for us. The largest boiler for that time. Everyone was so concerned with the added BTU's, they made me sign a waiver.

Oh, those was the days !!!

You guys are all newbies :wicked grin::

Hey Ken, How have you been?

How was your Thanksgiving?

We had the most juiciest Turkey ever. God was that good. I could not stop myself.[bp]

Now shopping for the family. Thinking maybe I need to buy some more tools. Every year it seems we lose this and that.

Craftsman is on sale !
