Wow what a difference on the brick. Is it just the light color brick that will clean up so well, or will darker brick like red and others do the same?

All depends Calob. Depends on your mix and also depends on how long the stain has been there. It can also depend on the brick. you just have to work it and test it. BUT, generally speaking, yes white will always clean up better than color.
