window washers like to get around 45 to 100 bucks an hour. Not all do, nor do many all the time but...that may help some. the problem is that many try and start there. There is only one way to properly clean windows and that is with a strip washer, razor blades and a squeegee. I know many on here have other opinions but, according to ANY glass association, that is the way. so, then the need arises to price by the pane to keep some sort of average going.
If you tell me how you plan on cleaning your windows and what all you want to provide service wise, ie screens, tracks etc. Then I can be of more help.
If on the other hand, you plan on washing the houshe, the rinsing the winodws with DI water and maybe do some detail work with a rag...you will have to check with the guys on here who focus their attention on that.
For the average Joe homeowner, the last method will suffice.
