No, not for a hot water machine. But if you don't need hot water go with a brand new cold water with a warranty. I would just be a little scared about buying something that was a rental.

2k for a used machine seems a little high. Do you really need hot water? Water cannon can send you a cold water unit to your door cheaper than that and it will be brand new.

Most houses can keep up with a 4 gpm machine. On my rig I have a small 35 gallon tank as a buffer tank. Just in case someone has low well pressure.

I'm in Louisiana. Are you talking about that concrete cleaner grasshopper contraption I've seen? I bet I can clean concrete just as fast. It's just two spinner pros hooked together. And you still have to put more gas in the grasshopper. Kinda seems like a waste.
